Deadlines

• All-State Deadline:  September 9th  
  
• Classification forms and letters (if applicable):  Due October 1st.
  
• Marching Band Entry Forms:  Due October 1st (with classification)
  
• Concert/Jazz/S+E paperwork and assessment checks: Due January 7th (3rd District Meeting)
  
• Deadline for all title changes is 10 days prior to the MPA date.  Title changes must be done on MPA online.
  

District Meetings

Meeting #1 - Saturday, August 27, 2011 @ 10:00 AM.  Location:  Rhythm and Pitch School of Music

Meeting #2--Wednesday, October 5th, 2011 @ 7:00 PM.  Location:  Miami Airport Convention Center. Catered dinner will begin at 6pm, and the meeting will begin at 7pm.

Meeting #3--Saturday, January 7th, 2012 @ 10:00 AM.  Location:  TBA  (MPA paperwork and assessment checks due)

Meeting #4--Monday, April 30th 2012 @ 7:00 PM. Location: Ruben Dario Middle School
